Employee Volunteerism

Our #SunwayHeroes transform the Group’s vision and mission into tangible social impacts through their dedicated hours and efforts to community programmes. Since 2015, they have volunteered more than 107,000 man-hours to engage with the communities, reach out to the underprivileged and create long-lasting positive impacts.

In 2024, we introduced Sunway’s Volunteerism Guidelines to further encourage employees’ participation in volunteerism programmes that are aligned with Sunway’s sustainability goals.
